Vayansh's POV :
When I got a call from Advik informing me that I was getting late for the meeting, I quickly drove to the company. It's not like anyone has that power to say anything to me for being late but I am a very punctual guy and I don't like when I or anyone gets late in the meeting.
Even when I was in the meeting my mind drifted back to the same girl I met in the forest. She was so tempting that I didn't wanted to leave her there and come to this meeting in which I can't even focus now. I don't know what suddenly happened to me when I saw her like I was so captivated by her beauty that I couldn't look away. I feel like I could spend my whole life just looking at her. She was such a child, so clumsy yet a lady so captivating.
As I was thinking about her, someone said "Sir, Are you listening?"
I looked at Mr. Sharma who was giving his presentation and said "Ahh.. yes.. continue."
He nodded and asked "What is your view of this proposal?"
I didn't even hear a single word as I was so lost in her so I said "Meeting dismissed. Mr. Sharma send your file in my office and than after analysing it, I will give my views on it."
He said Professionally "Ok sir."
The entire time I feel Advik's eyes on me as I said "Everyone can leave now."
I saw everyone stand and than leave one by one but Advik didn't move. As the meeting room got empty as everyone left except for me and advik, he says "Bhai What happened to you? You were looking lost and was not even paying attention in the meeting. You have never done that before."
I looked at him and said "It was nothing. You are overthinking it."
He frowned and said "Bhai You know I know you more than anyone in the world, right? And I even noticed you are not even angry now. After what happened at the mansion, I thought you would be so furious that you would have shouted at or even fired an employee or two by now."
Ok, I agree meeting with that girl Aarohi did change my mood but I don't have to admit it to him. So I asked while raising my one eyebrow "You want me to be angry, Advik?"
Advik immediately said "No Bhai, I just want to know the reason. Because if something changed your mood than that must be something huge."
I said dismissing him "There is nothing like that. Don't think too much now I am going to my office just make sure I get all the files of today's meeting."
As I was about to stand up advik interrupted me by saying "Bhai what happened to your hand?"
I looked at him and followed his gaze to my hand bandaged in a baby pink handkerchief.
Baby fucking pink hanky!
As he reached for my hand, I quickly slide my hand in my pocket and said "Nothing important."
He raised his eyebrow and chuckled then said "Really, Bhai? I saw that hanky wrapped around your knuckles. Now tell me how did you get it? And wait a minute, Are you hurt? Did you again release your anger on poor things?"
I annoyingly asked "What's with you all telling me to not hurt things when they can't even feel anything?"
He looked at me for a minute or two then said "Who else told you that? Who got so much courage to talk to The Vayansh Singh Rathore like that?"
I gulped and said "No one. You are so fucking annoying Advik."
He crossed his hands on his chest and said "Ok fine. Since you are not telling me about that so it means it's not important, right?"
I nodded and said "Now you got some brain cells."
He placed his hand in front of me and said "Then show me your hand."
I showed him my hand and he grabbed it and started removing the hanky making me subconsciously snatch my hand from him. I looked at the still tied hanky and sighed in relief.
I angrily said "What were you even trying to do? You could have removed the hanky just now "
He shrugged and said "That was what I was doing. You said yourself it's not important so I should remove this hanky and do the proper dressing of your wounds."
I sternly said "No need for that. You already now I don't do dressing until it's a deep wound and it's not. It is just a scratch which will heal itself in a few days."
He nodded and secretly smiled making me narrow my eyes at him with my straight face.
I ignored him and started to walk away when he said "Bhai wait! Since you are in good mood now, I promised Bade papa to talk to you. What did you think about all that Bade Papa said."
I turned now again feeling angry and said in my angry voice "If he will dethrone me, who will he give the throne to? You, Advik? Will you take it?"
He looked at me with serious face and said "Never Bhai and you know that yourself. I would never betray you."
I am so fucking proud of him. He has always been with me and I know that he always will be by my side.
I said calculatively "So that leaves Mr. Rathore with no choice advik."
He said "Father said he will step down and let anyone else have the throne."
And that one sentence was enough to make me furious again. I almost shouted "Is He fucking insane? He can't do that? Just because I don't want to marry he can't ruin the Rathore legacy like this. We have put so much efforts in this."
Advik sadly said "I know Bhai, I also don't want that even no one does."
I angrily looked at him and said "Advik go and tell Mr. Rathore, No one.... And I mean no one can force Vayansh Singh Rathore to do anything he doesn't want to do."
Advik worriedly looked at me and said "Bhai please, you know I am with you but I also think you should get married. I also want you to have someone to care about you, to support you in every situation. Why don't you get married ."
I said "It's enough Advik. If I don't want to do something you know no one can force me. I don't care about the price."
He nodded and said understandingly "If the price gets removed Will you agree? I know Bade papa shouldn't have talked to you like that and I also know that even if you marry or not, he would never ever even think about dethroning you or removing you from the CEO position."
I know he is right, doesn't matter how is Mr. Rathore but he won't act on the threat he gave me. But I still feel angry about that.
He again said "Please brother for me, at least think about it."
I said "I will think about that."
Advik's face light up and he asked "About the marriage?"
I nodded and said "But only because of you."
Advik nodded while smiling slightly.
I leave the meeting room and entered my office which is on the top floor providing a breathtaking view of Jaisalmer.
I busied myself in the work not wanting to think about that girl again.

As the next morning came I make up my mind about the marriage. I decided to get married but on my own conditions. I think about that whole scenario and come to the conclusion that the marriage could benefit me and the whole Jaisalmer in many ways.
I know who they will choose to marry me Vanya Shekhawat and at least she won't bore me in bed so she won't be a so bad choice.
The image of Aarohi again flash in front of me making me groan. Why the fuck I can't take her out of my mind when I have more pressing matters in my hand? I will not think about her now thinking that I started working on my laptop in my home office which is attached to my room.

The Next Morning
At the Rathore mansion
As everyone was having their breakfast when I break the silence by saying "I am ready to get married."
Everyone's gaze shifted to me as they look at me like I have announced someone's death. I looked at everyone making them look away.
Chachi was the first to speak after that who said "Are you serious, Vayu?"
I looked at her with my usual straight face and said in a final tone "You know Chachi I don't like nicknames. Don't call me that again."
She replied "Ok Ok I won't. But did you really agree to marry?"
She again said while smiling when I nodded "Do you have a girl in your mind Vayansh?"
Again everyone looked at me making me ignore them.
But hearing her question Aarohi again pop up in my head. I shake her thoughts away from my mind and shake my head.
Veerendra Chacha asked continuing the conversation "If you don't have a girl in your mind then what do you think about Vanya Shekhawat?"
I knew it, they will bring vanya's name to marry me so I nodded and said "But I have a few conditions before you proceed this conversation further."
Mahendra Singh Rathore who is unfortunately my father asked this time "What conditions?"
I said in a serious tone "Even if I am ready to marry but I am never going to share my privacy with anyone so whoever is going to be my wife I want you all to already inform her in advance to never meddle in my work and not to try too much to indulge in my private space. And one more thing I don't want anyone to do any changes in my room, I like it as it is now. If she agrees than ok but if not than find a girl who will."
Mr. Rathore frowned but didn't said anything. I know he wanted to oppose me in this too but he didn't dare as he shouldn't.
Kashvi excitedly said "Finally, there will be a wedding at the mansion."
I ignore her excited tone and again my thoughts drifted to the same girl and as I wanted to meet that girl Aarohi again I leave the mansion and drive to the same temple near which I met her because she told me that she will visit the temple daily as long as she is here. I don't even know why but I want to see her.
